It feels great to write again after a long time. Although I have plenty of time for reading and writing, the same cannot be said for blog posts. I only publish a post when I have substantial focus on a particular subject.

Today, I would like to discuss machines, which have become central to people from all walks of life, regardless of their geographical location. Whether they are simple tools like a hammer or sophisticated computers, there is no denying that machines have transformed and continue to change our lives. This raises a thought-provoking and fundamental question: Why do we need machines? What drives us to develop these tools?

Throughout human history, our primitive ancestors realized that they lacked the power to overcome the challenges they faced, ranging from hunting to self-preservation. This realization sparked their quest for new ways and innovation. Considering their initial tools for various purposes, it can be said that they succeeded in this endeavor. However, despite fulfilling our fundamental needs through the machines we have developed, why do we continue to pursue the development of new ones? Take advanced computer tools, for example, or the popular subject of Artificial Intelligence that everyone is familiar with. Why do we strive to create intelligent machines?

The answer lies in our inherent limitations. We are unable to effectively tackle the challenges we face using our current capabilities alone. Thus, we develop new and smarter machines to gain a better understanding of our surroundings and to perform calculations quickly. Machines possess unique features that we, as humans, lack. The idea of incorporating machine features with our human needs fuels this cycle, leading to increasingly intelligent and advanced results each passing day. While we cannot predict where this cycle will ultimately lead us, one thing remains certain: driven by our needs and our curiosity to comprehend the universe, we will continue to develop new and advanced machines in the future.
