Reimagining Realities
Reimagining Realities

Gathering material for writing can be highly beneficial. Today, I'm reflecting on a perspective that shifted my thinking.

Not too long ago, I believed that every individual, idea, book, word, viewpoint, tradition, doctrine, and culture held universal significance. However, I now see this as rather idealistic. I've realized that this perspective isn't inherently valuable. The deeper I delve into natural science, the more I appreciate scientific discoveries, which have shaped this new viewpoint.

I believe we must examine outcomes to assess the importance of something. Meaning derives its significance from its appreciated value. Not everything is important or valuable merely because people engage with it. Take a moment to observe your surroundings. Could certain perspectives, individuals, or cultures hold importance if they lead to isolation as a means of self-protection?

While I once advocated for reading all books, respecting all cultures, and valuing all perspectives, I no longer hold that view. Now, I choose to engage with people, read books, and respect cultures that truly merit such attention. I am convinced that the initial perspective I held once upon a time could ultimately lead to the downfall of our world.

And that's it.
